3. Declaration of Legal Compliance
OFFITIA SL, as manufacturer and commercial distributor of the OFFITIA computer system, DECLARES UNDER ITS RESPONSIBILITY:
That the OFFITIA invoicing computer system has been designed and developed in strict compliance with each and every technical and legal requirement set forth in Article 8 of the Regulation approved by Royal Decree 1007/2023, of December 5, and Order HAC/1177/2024, of October 17, guaranteeing:
✓ Inalterability and Integrity of Records
The system generates an issuance record simultaneously or immediately prior to issuing each invoice. Once generated, the record is locked and protected against alteration, manipulation, or deletion.
✓ Traceability and Record Chaining (Chained Hash)
Each invoice record incorporates the cryptographic hash of the preceding record, ensuring uninterrupted chronological sequencing and preventing alteration of issuance order or document insertion.
✓ Prohibition of Dual Accounting (Non-Duality)
The software contains no functions allowing parallel accounting, hidden transactions, or unrecorded invoice issuance, in strict compliance with Article 29.2.j) of the General Tax Law.
✓ QR Code and Verifiable Invoice Generation
All issued invoices feature the standardized QR code and official verification text ("VERI*FACTU" or "Invoice verifiable at the AEAT electronic headquarters").
✓ Storage, Accessibility, and Legal Data Blocking
The system guarantees permanent access, secure storage for statutory limitation periods (5 years), and technical data blocking pursuant to Art. 32 LOPDGDD, ensuring immediate readability upon request from the AEAT or judicial bodies.
4. Third-Party Component Integration (Art. 15.4 Order HAC/1177/2024)
Pursuant to Article 15.4 of Order HAC/1177/2024 for extended or multi-component software systems, it is expressly certified that:
For technical record chaining and secure AEAT gateway communication, OFFITIA integrates the API software component of VeriFacti.com (Verifacti SL), an entity holding its own certified Responsible Declaration of Compliance, guaranteeing end-to-end integrity and traceability across the service chain.
This declaration is issued pursuant to Article 15 of Order HAC/1177/2024, of October 17, and is made publicly available to users, clients, and the Tax Administration.
